This year, the show features “The Intracoastal House,” with 15 interior rooms and landscape installations, and “The Palm Cottage,” which has six interior rooms and its own landscape design. Making its South Florida debut, Holiday House Wellington transforms two modern residences in Farrell Estates, a new development within the Palm Beach Polo Golf & Country Club. This philanthropic designer showhouse features over 20 designers blending equestrian heritage with Palm Beach’s relaxed sophistication. The project was initiated when Joe Farrell, a builder known for his work in the Hamptons, was impressed by a previous Holiday House event.
Each of the two homes offers six bedrooms, a second-floor terrace, and main-floor pool decks. Holiday House has partnered with the Breast Cancer Research Foundation since 2008, contributing significantly to their mission through its various showhouses.

Wellington Barn Tour
The Wellington Barn Tour provides a rare opportunity to peek behind the scenes of the area’s multimillion-dollar equestrian facilities. Produced by Polo America, this tour showcases barns that are characterized by their exceptional design, attention to detail, and premium amenities. It’s an experience that many find astonishing, with some visitors even remarking they wish they could return as a horse to live in such luxury.
This year’s tour includes four stops, featuring a returning participant, Mida Farms, and three newcomers: Starwyn Farms, ROasis Riding Oasis, and King Terrace Farm. The selection criteria emphasize an “over-the-top look and feel,” with considerations for stall fronts, flooring, airflow, lighting, work areas, and tack rooms. These facilities are working barns where attendees can witness horses being prepared for various disciplines.
Attendees board a luxury bus at Grand Champions Polo Club and are accompanied by a guide who shares insights about the barns and horse disciplines. The tour offers a glimpse into private facilities often behind locked gates. Amenities found in these barns can include luxury stalls, multiple tack and feed rooms, veterinary facilities, hot walkers, advanced flooring, fly spray systems, kitchens, offices, gyms, laundry rooms, owner’s lounges, and even quarantine barns and exercise tracks.
The Wellington Barn Tour supports the Semper Fi & America’s Fund, an organization that aids critically wounded, ill, and injured service members, veterans, and their families.
